Property:
- Full “All Risks Damage” basis where Damage is defined as loss or damage or destruction
- Cover can be extended to include Subsidence ( excess applies)
- Fire Brigade Charges cover as standard
- Automatic Reinstatement of the sum insured after loss
- Terrorism Cover available
Liability:
- €13,000,000 Employer’s Liability in respect of property repairs
- €2,600,000 Public Liability as standard (with higher options, up to €13,000,000 available)
Loss of rent
- Automatic Cover for 15% of building sum insured with 12 month indemnity period.
- Additional cover and longer indemnity periods available.
Cover is also provided for:
- Trace and access cover (water / oil) limits may apply
- Loss or duplication of keys
- Underground cables pipes and tanks
- Managing agents fees incurred as a result of Damage
- Omission to insure newly acquired or erected properties limits apply
